The origin of this artificial 1 Club opening bidding system plus complete continuances is unknown. This information was found on the website of Mr. Daniel Neill, and which is described as a Scanian Strong Club bidding system. The bidding system is distinct in that an opening of 1 Diamond can signify five different meanings, which are clearly defined in the continuations.

Note: The Scania Bridgekonsult was founded in 1986 by Mats Nilsland, Magnus Lindkvist and Anders Wirgren, but from 1998 Anders Wirgren is sole in charge.

Note: This bidding system and/or approach has been only preserved and archived on this site in .pdf file 1 and .pdf file 2 format for future reference. These files will automatically be opened by your browser.
