Acol System - A Guide - This is a reasonably complete reference guide explaining what bids should mean in most auctions. There is no "Standard Acol" system, and many of the treatments of bids will be non-standard in some peoples eyes. Bill Slepin Contract Bridge Professional - Mr. Bill Slepin is a bridge professional who specializes in playing with non-lifemaster serious bridge players who wish to win their fair share of master points at sectional, regional and national tournaments. Since he is still a bronze life master (over 500, less than 1000 master points) he and his partner can play in silver, red or gold flighted and stratified master point events with competition at the FLIGHT B level. He is also eligible to play in SENIOR events. Mr. Bill Slepin includes many features about his service and full disclosure is made, plus he provides all the information to his visitors. There is also a short biography provided, which states that when Bill started playing bridge, the Culbertson Honor Trick count was in vogue. That was in the 1940's.
